The EHoteling on-line room sale service celebrated its first anniversary

The EHoteling on-line room sale service celebrated its first anniversary and the good welcome it has had on the market. One year ago, Apsis Hotels began to manage the first on-line bookings achieved for the Hotel del Compte in Barcelona, the first to contract the EHoteling service. Today, 23 hotels have delegated responsibility on EHoteling for managing the sale of their rooms on Internet.

In the past October, EHoteling generated a production of 237,000 € exclusively on Internet from the rooms of the 23 hotels that have now contracted this service. In the majority of cases, the hotels have seen a considerable increase in their on-line bookings, as by contracting EHoteling, they benefit from the infrastructure and Know How of a hotel chain, but without losing the independence of their establishment.

Albert Galan, the assistant manager of Apsis Hotels and the person in charge of EHoteling, celebrated the welcome received by the product in its first year and hopes to maintain the current growth rate in the coming year. He therefore affirms that, “for the second year, we hoped to continue with the same growth rate to manage to achieve 50 hotels”.
