Located right in the centre of the city, in one of the more charismatic districts of Barcelona, Ciutat Vella, the hotel Apsis 40 will open its doors  next spring season. It will be a two stars hotel anb will have 42 rooms. The new hotel will be constructed from a rehabilitated building, the number 40 of the Joaquín Costa street and, following the Apsis philosophy, will count on the last tendencies in design and decoration. The initial project, in which we are already working, describes a five-floor building with large and functional common areas. It is planned that the hotel has the reception in the ground floor, a coffe bar, breakfast room and Internet room in the top floor.  A lot of cultural and touristics places are located arround and its possible to go just walking a few minutes (the Ramblas, MACBA...) The hotel is also very well communicated with many means of transports in its proximities.
